EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY
At Little Betas, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you decide to return an item, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the item to do so.
RETURNING AN ITEM
If you made your purchase from Spain, the cost of returning our items is:
- Mainland Spain: €4
- Balearic Islands: €5
- Canary Islands: €10
- Ceuta and Melilla: €4
If your order is from Spain, click the link to start the return process and follow the instructions:
You only need to take the item to a post office with the number provided upon completing the form (no need to print a label).
The shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund of the purchase.
Please ensure that the item you wish to return is properly packaged, preferably in the original wrapping, to prevent damage and ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 days from receipt, once we have reviewed and confirmed it is in perfect condition. You will receive the refund via the same payment method used for your purchase. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Please note that shipping costs incurred during the order process are non-refundable, as well as any customs duties related to the shipment. If we have to incur any of these costs upon receiving your package, we will deduct them from the refund.
It is important to note that we cannot accept EXCHANGES or RETURNS of items that are dirty or without tags.

We do not offer pick-up services for international shipments. Please do not send the package without notifying us by email and receiving a response from us first. Please note that shipping costs incurred during the order process are non-refundable, as well as any customs duties related to the shipment. If we have to incur any of these costs upon receiving your package, we will deduct them from the refund.

SIZE EXCHANGES
At Little Betas, we strive to ensure that our customers find the perfect size when placing their orders. For this reason, we have decided to offer the FIRST SIZE EXCHANGE FREE OF CHARGE (valid only for shipments within mainland Spain and Portugal and only for swimsuits WITHOUT DISCOUNTS).
You have a period of 10 days from receipt of your order to request a size exchange.
The first exchange will be free, maintaining the conditions as if you had made a new purchase.
After the first size exchange, if you wish to make another exchange, you must process a return of the product and purchase a new one in the desired size.
For other destinations (outside mainland Spain and Portugal), there is no size exchange. A return must be made and the new size repurchased.
HOW TO MAKE THE FIRST FREE SIZE EXCHANGE?
Send an email to pedidos@littlebetas.com indicating the new size you want. We will respond as soon as possible, confirming that the new size is in stock.

Take your package to a post office following the instructions. Remember to properly package the item you wish to exchange for a different size, preferably in the original wrapping, to prevent damage and ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE FIRST REQUESTED FREE SIZE EXCHANGE?
Once we receive the package you dropped off at the post office and verify that the item is in perfect, unused condition, we will send you the new size within 2 to 5 business days.
DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, flaw, or it is incorrect, you must inform us by emailing pedidos@littlebetas.com within 48 hours of receiving it.
You must send us a high-resolution photo of the broken, defective, or incorrect item and keep the item to manage the return, as well as a photo of the original packaging, which you should also keep.
We will provide instructions for the return process. The received merchandise must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Returns will not be accepted for used or altered products.
Once the merchandise is received and its condition verified, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the payment method used for the order or exchanged for another identical item in perfect condition. In this case, as it is a defective or incorrect product, the shipping costs will be refundable for the customer.
